Every Meta ad account in the portfolio, audited against the only metric that matters for local lead-gen: booked consultations and cost per lead. Real numbers pulled live from Meta's API — nothing estimated, nothing changed.
People are clicking these ads — CTRs and click costs are genuinely good almost everywhere. But in 28 of 32 accounts there is no working way to count a lead, and nearly every dollar runs through Traffic campaigns that tell Meta to find cheap clickers rather than patients or customers. The result: $22,695.16 spent in 90 days, and almost none of it can be connected to a single booked consultation. The one account with real tracking — Gunneson Painting — proves the point: it can name its cost per lead ad by ad.
Most accounts have no pixel firing, no server-side (CAPI) events, and no lead event defined. Several pixels exist but have literally never fired. This isn't a judgment call — it's read straight off Meta's own fields: pixel last-fired timestamps and custom-conversion counts of zero. Clients may still count leads in their CRM or at the front desk, but Meta can't see them, so the ads can't optimize toward them and no report can attribute them.
Spending campaigns run the Traffic objective optimizing to landing-page views — even campaigns named "Leads." Meta delivers exactly what it's asked for: cheap clicks. Nobody asked it for consultations.
On most Pages the Lead Gen Terms of Service was never accepted, so instant lead forms — the fastest, cheapest fix for local lead-gen — can't deliver at all.
The fix is the same three steps everywhere: install the pixel + CAPI with a real lead event, accept the Lead Gen ToS on each Page, and rebuild the spending campaigns as lead-optimized campaigns. Account-by-account specifics are in the findings below.

BCC Pediatric Dentistry spent $1,960.52 in 90 days on ads that deliver cheap, high-CTR clicks ($0.42/link click, 2.03% CTR) — the auction side is healthy. But the account has no pixel, no CAPI, no custom conversions, and every dollar runs through Traffic campaigns optimizing to landing page views, so it is buying clicks with zero ability to measure or optimize toward a single booked patient.

Mergen's ads are cheap and people click them ($0.40 per link click, 3.13% CTR, $7.69 CPM), but 100% of the $1,238.69 spent in 90 days went to Traffic campaigns optimizing for landing page views — the account produced exactly 1 tracked lead ($1,238.69 per lead). The single biggest problem: Meta is being told to buy clicks, not patients, while the pixel's Lead event sits unused and the one Leads campaign can't deliver because no Page has accepted the Lead Gen ToS.

The account spent $725.44 in 90 days buying cheap clicks (5.07% CTR, $0.22/link click) — but it is optimizing for landing page views, has no pixel, no CAPI, and no custom conversions, so not a single lead has ever been measured. Until tracking exists and the campaign objective changes to Leads, every dollar here is unaccountable.

Ads are cheaply reaching the right local audience ($0.20 link clicks, 4.64% CTR, 39.7k people reached on $499), but the account is flying completely blind: every dollar is spent on Traffic campaigns optimizing to landing-page views while the only pixel last fired in September 2019 and no lead event exists anywhere. Not one lead has been measured in 90 days, so nobody can say whether this spend produced a single patient.

The one campaign that ran (Richard & Linda testimonial) bought clicks cheaply — $0.30 per link click, 3.45% CTR — but the account has no pixel, no CAPI, and no lead event, so not a single one of those 1,613 clicks can be tied to a booked patient. Right now the account is effectively dark: the only live campaign has spent $0 of its $1,000 budget because its only ad is blocked by a missing call-to-action button.
Ad account 702197332093107 · full deep-dive report on file
The one campaign that ran ("May 2026") bought cheap clicks efficiently — $0.29 per link click, 3.72% CTR — but the account has zero ability to measure a lead and hasn't spent a dollar since May 31. The pixel fires only PageView (browser-only, no CAPI, no Lead event, no custom conversions), so every dollar of the $252.20 spent was optimized toward landing-page views, not booked consultations.

Hiring ads are delivering cheap clicks ($200.23 total 90-day spend, $0.24/link click, healthy 3.62% CTR) — but this account generated and measured zero customer leads. The pixel only fires PageView, no CAPI, no lead event, no custom conversions, and every campaign in the account is a LINK_CLICKS objective, so McKearney is buying clicks it can't convert or count.

Classic Smiles spent $0.00 in the last 90 days — the account has been dark since its only campaign ended August 22, 2024, so nothing is generating patients. The single biggest problem is that even if spend restarted tomorrow, the account cannot measure a lead: the pixel fires only PageView (browser-only, no CAPI), there are zero Lead events, zero custom conversions, and the one "Leads" campaign actually optimizes to landing page views.

Nothing is working because nothing exists: this ad account has spent $0 in the last 90 days (and shows no lifetime delivery at all) — zero campaigns, zero ads, zero creatives. The biggest problem is that it's a bare shell with no pixel, no linked Facebook Page, and no payment method, so it cannot generate or even measure a single lead until it's built out.

Nothing is working because nothing is running: Berry Basements spent $0.00 in the last 90 days despite three campaigns sitting "ACTIVE" (lifetime spend is only $652.83, all from 2023-24). The single biggest problem is that the account has no way to measure a lead — the pixel fires only PageView, CAPI has never fired, there are zero custom conversions, and the Page hasn't accepted lead-gen ToS — so even relighting spend today would buy page views, not customers.

Nothing is working because nothing is running: Precision Family Dental spent $0 in the last 90 days — the account has been dark since August 2025. The biggest problem beyond dormancy is that there is no pixel, no CAPI, and no custom conversions, so even when it was spending ($1,493 lifetime, all Traffic/link-click campaigns) it had zero ability to measure a single lead.

Nothing is working because nothing is running: Al's Asphalt spent $0.00 in the last 90 days and has zero campaigns, ads, or creatives — the account has never delivered an impression. The biggest problem is that the account is a bare shell with no pixel, no lead tracking, and no linked Facebook Page, so it cannot generate or even measure a lead until foundational setup is done.

King Kurb Asphalt is an empty shell — the ad account is active and accessible but has never run a single campaign: $0 spend in the last 90 days (and lifetime), zero campaigns, zero creatives, zero pixels, and no payment method or Facebook Page connected. Nothing is working and nothing is broken mid-flight; the account simply is not generating leads because it has never been built.

Kay Kalantari's account spent $2,000.59 in 90 days buying cheap clicks ($0.44/link click, $8 CPM) — delivery itself is healthy. The critical problem: there is no pixel, no CAPI, and no conversion event of any kind on the account, and 100% of spend runs on Traffic campaigns optimizing to landing page views, so not a single lead can be measured or optimized for.

Ads are cheap and delivering — $1,784.57 bought 8,345 link clicks at ~$0.21 and 6,985 landing page views. But every dollar ran through Traffic campaigns with a pixel that only fires PageView, so the account cannot count a single lead: it is buying clicks, not patients, and flying completely blind on the only metric that matters.

A1 Asphalt is buying cheap, engaged clicks — $646.09 over 90 days at a $6.64 blended CPM, 1.9–2.8% CTR, and ~$0.37 per link click. But the pixel has never fired a single event, no lead event exists anywhere, and every ad set optimizes for landing page views — so not one lead can be attributed to any of this spend, including the new $2,000 campaign literally named "Leads."

Shasta Orthodontics is getting cheap clicks ($0.50 per link click, $7.55 CPM on $482.95 over 90 days) but the account has zero pixels, zero custom conversions, and every campaign is a Traffic/LINK_CLICKS buy — so not a single lead or booked consultation can be measured or optimized for. The whole account is buying landing-page views, not patients, and until a lead event exists, all spend is flying blind.

Ads are cheap and getting clicked ($0.31 link clicks, 4.0% CTR on $417.83 in 90 days), but the account has zero pixels, zero custom conversions, and a Traffic objective — so not a single lead or job application has ever been measured. Every dollar is buying landing-page views, not outcomes.

Klein Dentistry spent only $219.07 in the last 90 days on a single Traffic campaign that ended May 12 and delivered cheap clicks (677 link clicks at $0.32, 2.62% CTR) but zero measurable patients. The biggest problem: the account has no pixel, no CAPI, and no custom conversions — it literally cannot count a lead, and it has been completely dark for two months.

Wyze Designs spent just $149.77 in the last 90 days — all in a single May Traffic campaign that bought cheap clicks efficiently (3.78% CTR, $0.24 CPC, $0.76 per landing page view) and has been dark since June 1. The single biggest problem: the account has zero lead tracking — no pixel, no CAPI, no custom conversions — so not one of those 198 landing page views can be connected to a lead, and the campaign was never optimizing for leads in the first place.

Parklane Family Dental's Meta account spent $0.00 in the last 90 days — and $0.00 as far back as Meta's maximum lookback (June 2023) — so nothing is working because nothing is running. The biggest problem: if ads were ever switched back on, the account is wired to buy link clicks with no pixel, no custom conversions, and no Lead Gen ToS accepted, meaning it could not measure a single patient lead.

Account 554217196207633 is an empty shell: it is ACTIVE and queryable but has never had a single campaign, ad, creative, pixel, or Page attached, and spent $0 in the last 90 days. The single biggest problem is that there is nothing to audit — if a client believes ads are running here, they are not, and the account has no payment method or tracking so it could not deliver a lead even if a campaign were launched today.

44 West Dental's Meta account has spent $0 in the last 90 days — every one of its 23 campaigns is a past-end-date zombie, and the account has been dark since roughly January 31, 2026. The only thing still alive is the pixel (browser + CAPI both firing daily, with a real Lead event), which means the measurement plumbing exists but nothing is buying patients with it.

Premier Dental Center spent $0.00 in the last 90 days — nothing is running, so nothing is "working." The biggest problem is that the account has never been able to measure a lead: the pixel fires only PageView (no Lead event, no CAPI, no custom conversions), and both historical campaigns bought clicks/landing-page views, not patients.
Ad account 710870404215542 · full deep-dive report on file
Parrish Orthodontics spent $0.00 in the last 90 days — nothing is delivering, so nothing is "working." The bigger problem is what the account looks like when it wakes up: all 5 campaigns are Traffic/LINK_CLICKS with no pixel, no custom conversions, and a Page that hasn't accepted Lead Gen ToS, meaning the account has never been able to measure or optimize for a single patient lead.
Ad account 853872586384593 · full deep-dive report on file
Inspiring Smiles spent $0 in the last 90 days — all 13 campaigns are paused and the account has been dark since roughly October 2025, so no patients are coming from Meta right now. The good news: the pixel (browser + CAPI) is still firing Lead and CompleteRegistration events daily, so measurement is alive; the biggest problem is there is simply nothing running, and what ran before was optimized to "Website registrations completed" instead of a scoped lead event.

National Material Handling's Meta ad account is an empty shell: zero campaigns, zero ads, zero creatives, and $0 spent — ever, not just in the last 90 days. J&S Paving spent $0 in the last 90 days — the account has been dark since late September 2025, when a single $1,000 Traffic campaign burned its full budget buying 5,167 link clicks with zero lead tracking. The biggest problem: there is no pixel, no CAPI, and no custom conversion anywhere on this account, so it has never been able to measure a single lead.

NewWay Automation's Meta ad account is an empty shell: $0 spent in the last 90 days (and lifetime), zero campaigns, zero creatives, no pixel, and no payment method on file. Nothing is working because nothing has ever been built — if this client expects Meta leads, the account needs to be set up from scratch (pixel + lead event + payment method) before a single dollar is spent.

The account is dark: $0.00 spent in the last 90 days — the one "ACTIVE" campaign actually finished delivering on Jan 30, 2026 and nothing has run since. Even when it did run ($625.72 lifetime), it was a Traffic campaign buying landing-page views with no pixel, no CAPI, and no lead event anywhere, so it could never count a single patient.

Clarity Strategic Partners is an empty shell — the ad account is active but has zero campaigns, zero creatives, zero spend, no pixel, and no payment method, so nothing is working because nothing has ever run. The single biggest problem is that the account has no measurement or billing foundation: before a dollar can be spent on leads, it needs a payment method, a Pixel/dataset with a lead event, and a linked Page.

Gunneson Painting is structurally sound — all spend runs through OUTCOME_LEADS lead-form campaigns that produced 88 real leads on $11,739 (a $133.40 CPL), with an active pixel, CAPI firing, and hourly CRM uploads. The single biggest problem is creative management: only 5 ads are live, the audience is being hit at a 5.14 frequency, and several of the account's cheapest lead producers ($78–$96 CPL) sit paused while a $247-per-lead ad and a $89-spent/0-lead ad stay live.

This entire audit came from one prompt, run once per account — and you're already set up to run it. Chris and Mike are connected to the same Meta ads connector this audit ran on, with the same clients visible, so the prompt below works as-is: paste it into Claude and swap in the account name. It's read-only by design — it will never change, pause, or create anything.
You are a senior paid-social auditor for WTP Media. Our clients are local lead-generation businesses — orthodontists, dentists, and home services (paving, landscaping). For every one of them the ONLY metric that matters is booked consultations / leads and cost per lead. Clicks, CTR, and cheap CPMs are vanity unless they turn into leads.
Audit this Meta ad account: [ACCOUNT NAME OR ID]
RULES — follow exactly:
- Use ONLY the connected Facebook/Meta MCP as your data source. Pull real data; never estimate or invent numbers.
- READ-ONLY. Do not change, pause, or create anything. If a fix requires a change, describe it — never make it.
- If you can't retrieve something, say so and list it under "Couldn't check." Never fill a gap with a guess.
- Judge everything against the lead-gen goal above, not against traffic metrics.
Pull and evaluate these six things (last 90 days):
1. STRUCTURE & SPEND — campaigns, status, spend, what's actually delivering. Dormant/zombie campaigns sitting active at $0. Flag clutter and messy naming.
2. OBJECTIVE — what is each spending campaign OPTIMIZING for? If campaigns use Traffic / LINK_CLICKS and report results as "Landing page views," that's the #1 red flag: we're buying clicks, not patients. Leads campaigns should use a Leads/conversions objective optimizing to a real lead event.
3. TRACKING (most important) — Is there a Pixel firing? Is CAPI / server-side firing (check server last-fired — if it's never fired, tracking is browser-only and half-blind)? Are there any custom conversions defined for the lead event? Are there duplicate or "do not use" pixels still active? If the account can't measure a lead, say so plainly — that's a P1.
4. LEAD FORMS — if any campaign uses lead forms, has the Page accepted the Lead Gen ToS? If not, those campaigns can't deliver — flag it.
5. CREATIVE — count of active creatives, angle diversity (fatigue risk over ~3), and QA bugs like unresolved template variables (e.g. literal "{{product.name}}" in creative names).
6. EFFICIENCY — compare the spending campaigns. Call out if an efficient campaign is paused while a weaker one runs live.
Then output, in this format:
- SNAPSHOT: a small table — spend, reach, frequency, link clicks & cost, CTR, CPM, and whether leads/conversions are actually being tracked.
- HEADLINE: 2 sentences — what's working, and the single biggest problem.
- FINDINGS: ranked P1 (critical) → P3 (minor). Each = the problem, the evidence (real numbers you pulled), and the specific fix. Be blunt about severity.
- COULDN'T CHECK: anything the MCP wouldn't return.
- Keep it tight enough for a busy owner to read in two minutes.
Prepared July 15, 2026 by Tucker Carlile for Chris / WTP Media. Method: one independent read-only audit per account against the connected Facebook/Meta API (90-day window, Apr 16 – Jul 15, 2026). No account was modified in any way. Where data was unavailable it is flagged, never estimated. Figures reflect what Meta reported at pull time.
